In more detailed way..how it works..
- Login to itweet2win.com
- Select a type of contest you want to run; whether Standard or premium contest (learn more about different types of contests)
- Follow the easy steps of contest creation. You can set up many attributes of the contest. Apart from many cosmetic attributes, some of these can also be set:
- a) You can select whether any twitter user can participate in the contest or it is restricted to only to your followers.
- b) You can restrict the contest only for those twitter users who have at least x numbers of followers. You can set the value of X. Minimum value of X is 0 and maximum could be anything.
- c) Type your twitter username that will be used to run this contest. Remember, we are not asking your password. So relax..no fear :)
- d) Set your custom message that needs to be tweeted by the participants in order to confirm their participation. Remember you should be creative here so that when some one tweet your message, then it should attract his/her followers to come and checkout your contest and may participate.
- e) Set up the prize/award and its worth is USD, you may want to offer to winner(s). This is optional.
- f) If you want you can also show any of your ad/promotional/other banner on the contest page. If so, upload your advertisement banner and link it to any website. This is optional.
- g) Similar to twitter.com, if you wish, you can upload an image that will be used as page background on contest page.
- h) Select the option - do you want to show participants list to everyone or hide it.

- Twitter user will start visiting your contest page and may participate in the contest. There are three steps to confirm the contest participation for them, they are:
- I. User will type their twitter username (no twitter password required). We will check the condition mentioned in 3.(a). We will check the condition mentioned in 3.(b)
- II. Users will be shown the answer box to type answers of your contest questions.
- III.Users will be taken to their twitter.com update page with your custom message passed in the URL. So that they do not need to type it but just click the "update" button in that page. Thats all.

- Contest will stop automatically at the end time. You can set up an interim message for the time being till you select the winner.
